Wireless Nurse Call

Wireless Emergency Call Systems For All of Your Needs

Since 1994 Systems Technologies has been an industry leader in the design and manufacture of wireless nurse call and emergency call systems for healthcare and emergency services. We design and manufacture patient call systems for use in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, assisted living, senior living and emergency services. We offer many options for integrated wireless emergency patient call systems from clinics and senior living buildings to large continuing care communities and campus environments. If you are looking for wireless pendants, call cord bed stations, corridor call lights, emergency pull stations, or other call bell devices on a wireless platform with flexible alarm notification and event escalation including notification to pocket pager, cell phone, email, two way radio, Spectralink and wireless phones, central monitoring station and more, then let Systems Technologies design a system around your needs.

VisionLink® nurse call offers the unique ability to meld many patient technology systems into one centralized system that helps to provide patient focused care with superior facility management. It easily installs into almost any size of facility, whether it be a single building or a 100 acre campus, and it integrates with smoke detectors, wandering patient door equipment, pocket pagers, wireless phones, and other software and hardware options. It’s flexibility allows us to customize a system that will meet the needs of your facility and provide improved safety for patients and managed freedom for residents.

Start small, think big! The VisionLink Wireless Nurse Call System is engineered with the quality required for skilled and acute care combined with the ease of use needed by caregivers worldwide. It uses the Windows 7® operating system, 900 MHz spread spectrum wireless technology and multiple wireless platforms to link your residents with your staff. Go wireless when adding a new wing or building and save on conduit and wiring costs. For dome lights just add a single two wire loop through the corridors. For a multi-building campus, add wireless repeaters to send assistance calls to the nearest console by day and a centralized console at night. Vision Link also offers unique personal pendant transmitters to signal assistance is needed plus provide fall alarm notification, wander alerts and patient location. The built-in scheduler reminds caregivers to give medications, lock doors or perform other tasks. Best of all, no expensive licenses or upgrades are required to add more stations, staff notification devices or personal pendant transmitters at any time and no service contracts are required to support your system once installed. We feel a quality system should have free technical support on a toll-free number and that is exactly what we provide.

Flexible Software – Patient information is a standard feature as well as Call Analysis Reports that provide the tools to organize and analyze the patient call data including staff response times. Your choice of active or passive check-in can notify staff of any resident who is not up and around by your selected time each day. A scheduler reminds staff to give medications, lock doors or perform other tasks. Bed turn software notifies CNA’s to turn their patients according to schedule.

Staff Mobility – Staff members can use pocket pagers, two way radios, wireless phones, or cell phones to receive alarm calls and even talk to the resident in the room handsfree via our unique VoiceLink feature. The VisionLink® system also provides text messaging. Not just patient alarms, but any message typed on a console keyboard can be sent to any pocket pager, cell phone or group eliminating institutional overhead paging. Staff can be text-messaged that calls are holding or other information. VisionLink® can provide notification from wandering patient systems, exit doors, smoke detectors, motion detectors, bed exit pads, incontinence pads, equipment status, or anything else your facility requires.
